Original AURORA New-Old-Stock (NOS) ThunderJet 500 chassis. Introduced in 1963 by Aurora Plastics Corporation as the successor to the Vibrator Chassis. Even though the new Aurora A/FX series of slot cars was launched in 1971, ThunderJet 500 sales continued into the A/FX era through 1972.
True NOS T-Jet chassis are becoming scarce. These T-Jet chassis are original AURORA New-Old-Stock out of master cases of 100 and not used. Complete rolling chassis assembly with standard car chrome wheel hubs and rubber tires. Compatible with all HO slot car track. Fits under original Aurora T-Jet bodies, Johnny Lightning ThunderJet 500 Pull-Back car bodies, Johnny Lightning Tuff Ones slot car bodies, and MoDEL MoToRING slot car bodies. Guide pin and body screws not included.
